Exactly! It's not the guns or even cars that kill. The evil people, who use them, do. Morality can't be legislated. Folks have free will. Sadly, many choose to do evil. Ban guns and cars - that will leave fists, knives, clubs, etc. Do we ban or restrict those also? Where does it stop? It stops when folks repent and return to the Good Lord! I have always thought why me, I am only one person to stand up and shout with authority but now I have a different view, God has showed me that I maybe one but there are many that need shouting too. Our government has proceeded to throw God out of Church, School & Public Buildings, and yes I said Church, because some Ministry has joined the “Woke” society. I can almost feel God’s tears as he looks at his children, because of what is happening in this World.
So now that we have determined the Why Now, where do we go from here? Shove God down people's throats? Each individual must "come unto Christ" in their own way. Get back to prayers in schools and workplaces. Honor the sanctity of human life through pro-life legislation. Quit portraying violence as justified in video games and movie/tv. provide safety for those in need of protection.
Absolutely right Sir!!! God is our only hope,but the godless get all the airtime on the tv and news,anyone proposing we turn back to God will be ridiculed and told to shut up.
I say Jesus can’t return soon enough! Today would be a glorious day for that very thing.
