What Miss Kay Tells People About My Past
Miss Kay's new book shows what happens when we share our stories of repentance and redemption.
For the first 10 years of my marriage to Miss Kay, I was running with the evil one. No doubt about it.
In her new book, Miss Kay tells a bunch of stories, including the one about how I kicked her and the kids out of the house. The idea of loving God and loving my neighbor wasn’t even on my radar.
These days, I offer myself up as a living sacrifice to the one who sacrificed everything. But if my story can point people to Jesus, you’d better believe I’m telling anyone who will listen.
Miss Kay believes that too. It’s why she wrote “Sister Roar” with Al’s wife, Lisa. Here’s a chapter of their book for you to read:
Don’t ever forget it:
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
— Romans 8:28
I've almost finished Uncanceled, and it has been an inspiring, uplifting, and insightful read. Miss Kay's book came out just in time for me. Can't wait to read it! Thanks to the Robertsons for sharing your wonderful stories.
I too have read Uncanceled and loved it. Thoroughly enjoyed chapter 1 of miss Kay’s and Lisa’s book and the message is for everyone. The power of God!!!
